book review This book is fantastic well to other people but i thought i was good, its has alot of action and it have sorrows in it.This book is about a family that that have 3 kids,1 grandmother, and 2 parents, well used to.There father disapperared one day all of a sudden. There is 2 little girl one name is boots[margaret],lizzi and there older brother gregor. Their grandmother name is margaret they named boots after her. Gregor is stuck at home babysitting his 2 little sisters and his grandmother who slightly crazy.Ever since his father disappeared about 2 years ago.
While he geting a cold drink for his grandmother margaret he heard a knock on the door and the when he yells rudely "who is there?".
'it's me darling mrs.cormaci" said mrs.cormaci with a sweet kind of voice.
Gregor never really liked mrs.cormaci she always asked questions about his faher when ever she had her tarot cards with her they might even be in her pocket right now. Gregor went to the laundry room with boots while lizzie was sleeping with her grandmother. Gregor falls through a grate with his little sister boots [ also known as margaret] , they fall into a unknown world they have never seen. Gregor starts to notice it's pitch black where they are, he cant see a thing and he cant see boots and if she's hurt or not. Gregor notice that the rocks he was lying on was moving and it looks shiny and like a bug. When he notice that they are cockroaches, HUGE cockroaches. Gregor noticed that there are HUGE spiders, rats, and cockroaches around him. After a while Gregor stays at a palace at regalia, he starts to wonder about his mother and how she would react when he is missing and boots[ margaret]. Gregor is wondering if he could escape from there and try to get back to the over world. Gregor escaped at night he reached a little island because the under landers have found him. But there were these rats that were waiting for to eat them. Vikus was brought to a square chamber with a wooden door. Gregor thought to himself saying "how can they have a wooden door, i've never seen one plant or any living plants around here so how can they get a tree?" Gregor read out a saying called the prophecy of grey. "beware, underlanders, time hangs by a thread.The hunters are hunted,white water runs red.The gnawers will strike to extinguish the rest.The hope of the hopeless resides in a quest. An overland warrior, a son of the sun,may bring us back light, he may bring us back none.but gather your neighbors and follow his callor rats will most surely devour us all. two over, two under, of royal descent,two flyers, two crawlers, two spinners assent.one gnawer beside and one lost up ahead.and eight will be left when we count up the dead. the last who will die must decide where he stands.the fate of the eight is contained in his hands.so bid him take care, bid him look where he leaps, as life may be death and death life again reaps.
